I loved that the hotel was small and more intimate. It was not a huge resort that took a 10 minute walk to get to the beach. Our server on the beach was Jorge. He was the absolute best. Without him, I don't think we would have had as much fun! The food was great. The beach was beautiful. The guests were SO friendly. Definitely found a gem!

Loved the beach, views, room, cleanliness, service and breakfast.

The pools were frigid. Even the outside hot tub. Please heat the pool. I was unable to use the swim up bar because of the temperature of the water.

We are curently half through our 10 night stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, nicely decorated, great views of the ocean and pool. The resort itself is in good condition. The food and drinks have been great. The massages were great.

Trying get bottled water from Aluxes has been nearly impossible. They say their water is purified, but myself and another in our party have spent an entire day in the bathroom miserably sick ( lasts 24 hrs ). Ended up bringing our own water in. ( we paid for all inclusive)Our elevator broke on day 3 and is still broke.
